| 摘 要： | 我国已经加入WTO，成为WTO的一个成员国。这意味着我国高等教育将直面世界，也意味着中国高等教育体制必须创新才能适应加入WTO后中国各行各业的全球化趋势。我国高等教育体制的创新应该是立足我国现有高等教育本制中合理成分，借鉴世界各国高等教育体制的先进理念，形成有中国特色的高等教育办学体制，投资体制和管理体制。

| Abstract: | China has been a formal member of WTO.That means Chinese higher education will be internationalized, and also means that Chinese higher education system must be reformed and innovated so that it can pertain to the globized trend of other every wall of life.The innovating of the Chinese higher education system should base itself upon the reasonable ingredients of Chinese system of higher education in existence, and use advancing idea of the system of higher education of counties all over the world for reference.The aim is to form the higher education system,running colleges system, investing system,and administering system with Chinese feature. |
