| 摘 要： | 长期以来，我国农业补贴政策设计的主要功能是满足对粮食等农产品的数量需求而实施的政策支持，而农民增收、生态环境保护、农业现代化等却很少成为补贴政策的功能，补贴功能单一。以农业多功能性为理论依据，构建多功能农业补贴政策体系，实现农业补贴政策的多功能性。

| Abstract: | For a long time, the main function of China＇ s agricultural subsidy policy is to meet the the need of grain and other agricultural products. And farmers＇ income, eco - environmental protection, agriculture modernization are rarely considered as the functions of subsidy policy. Based on the multifunctional agriculture theory, this paper suggests to strengthen the construction of muhifunctional agriculture subsidy policy system and make the policy multi functional. |
