摘    要:在研究了平面与基本曲线、曲面和参数曲线、曲面的求交算法后,提出了快速成型中基于STEP的CAD模型直接分层算法,避免了STL中间文件的转换,分层后得到层片的精确轮廓表示,并具有通用性好的优点.根据基本曲线/曲面和参数曲线/曲面的不同特征,采用不同的方法来求它们与平面的交点及交线,以提高算法的稳定性和效率.

Abstract:According to the differential characteristics of elemental curve/surface and parametric curve/surface, differential methods were taken to compute their intersection points and curves with a plane. The stability and efficiency of the algorithm would be improved. After studying the intersection algorithms of plane and elemental curve/surface parametric curve/surface, a STEP based direct slicing algorithm for rapid prototyping was presented. Compared to the slicing of STL model, the STEP based direct slicing of CAD model can obtain the exact section of the original CAD model. Compared to other direct slicing in some special CAD systems, the STEP based direct slicing of CAD model outside CAD system is more general and independent on special CAD systems.
