食品二氧化碳中硫化氢脱除研究

摘    要:采用KT310型常温氧化锌脱硫剂,通过微型反应器考察其对食品二氧化碳中硫化氢脱除效果。研究了反应温度、空速、原料气H2S浓度以及操作压力对脱硫剂穿透硫容的影响。适宜的操作条件为:反应温度20℃,空速不大于3000-1,操作压力0.3MPa,以H2S浓度为4000mg/m3的原料气评价脱硫剂,穿透硫容大于10%。

Abstract:The impact of reaction temperature,gas velocity,H2S concentration and operating pressure on the breakthrough sulfur capacity was studied using KT310 ambient temperature zinc oxide desulfurizer and miniature reactor.The test results show that the proper operating conditions are: 20℃ reactor temperature,lower than 3000-1 space velocity and 0.3MPa pressure.Under these conditions and when H2S concentration was 4000mg/m3 in CO2 gas,the breakthrough sulfur capacity was more than 10%.
