| 摘 要： | 为了解湖南省高校足球代表队的发展现状,剖析影响湖南高校足球运动发展的制约因素。结果表明：湖南省高校足球代表队在运动员的招生制度存在结构不合理,教练员知识结构不均衡以及运动队训练经费的缺乏和竞赛制度的不合理等问题。

| Abstract: | For the development of high school football team,this thesis analysis some barriers that have bad effect on it.The result shows the existence of the following disadvantages,such as unreasonable enrollment system for high school althelets,the unbalance knowledge tower of the coaches,the limited training fees,and the irrational competitive rules. |
