摘    要:本文对涡流室式柴油机主副室温差进行了热力学分析;对燃油喷束与横向空气流的相互作用作了简化计算;并对定容压力室内喷束穿过不同结构起动孔时的扩展形态进行了高速摄影.上述研究证实在起动转速下,燃油穿过起动孔进入温度较高的主室,从而改善了涡流室式柴油机的起动性能.研究还发现,好的起动孔具有使燃油经历二次雾化的性能.

Abstract:By means of a thermodynamic analysis on the temperature difference between, the main chamber and sub-chamber and with simplified calculation of the interaction between fuel spray and transverse air flow as well as by high-speed photographic study on the spray which penetrates the starting holes of various structures, it is proved that, at engine starting speed, fuel spray can penetrate the starting hole and get into the high temperature main chamber so as to improve starting performance of a swirl chamber diesel engine. Secondary atomization phenomena have been observed when the fuel spray penetrates the starting holes in some properly designed engines. A comparison indicates that the starting holes with secondary atomization function gives better performance not only under starting but also other operating conditions.
