摘    要:
本文研究了一种测定微量磷的方法以及对其实验条件的探讨。磷作为正磷酸盐经转化为磷锑钼酸盐,然后与奎宁生成荧光配合物,此配合物能用沉淀法分离,分离后的沉淀溶解在酸性丙酮溶液中。磷含量在0.01~0.5μg/ml范围内与荧光强度呈线性关系,线性相关系数为0.9970。

Abstract:
In this paper, a new fluorescence method for determination of trace phosphorus hasbeen developed. The method is based on Phospho(Ⅴ) -Stibium(Ⅲ) -Molybdate (Ⅵ) could dissolve quinine and formed fluorescent complex compound. The compound could be declutched by method of precipitation. The sedimentates could dissolve acidated acetone. The linear ranger of the method are 0. 01 -0. 5μgP. ml-1. The correlation coefficient is 0. 9970.
