| 摘 要： | 结合病例及文献讨论儿童外伤后内囊区脑梗塞的发病机理及治疗效果,报告了20例经CT证实的儿童外伤后内囊区梗塞的临床、影像学表现及治疗结果.内囊为儿童外伤后脑梗塞的好发部,临床表现及CT检查与腔隙性脑梗塞相似,有明确的外伤史,治疗效果好.结合文献,其发病机理与儿童内囊区供血的大脑前、中动脉的形态及发育不成熟、调节能力差有关,在发生外伤时出现血管牵拉、变形、移位所致.

| Abstract: | Etiology and treatment of posttraumatic internal capsule infarction in children are discussed with cases and document. Twenty cases confirmed by CT scan have been reported on symptom, CT scan and effect of treatment. Posttraumatic infarction is often seen in internal capsule in children, the clinical symptom and CT scan of internal capsule infarction after head injury are similar to that of lacuna infarction, but the former has suffered from head injury, it has a good recovery. The mechanism is related to unripe growth and lack of regularity in internal capsule blood by anterior and middle cerebral artery in children with document, and it is often led to draught, transformation and remove. |
