婴儿无创颅内压监护仪的微型恒压控制器的研究

摘    要:针对婴儿无创颅内压监护仪的加压系统的不稳定性,设计了一个以PHILIPS公司的AT89C51RD单片机作为整个系统的控制中枢,以步进电机作为执行元件的全数字型的智能微型恒压控制器,采用步进电机专用控制芯片L297和L298驱动步进电机,可以简化和减轻CPU的负担,但由于该系统是一种包含多重非线性的系统,要精确建立其数学模型有较大的困难,应用传统控制算法对系统将会产生较大误差,故采用参数自调整模糊PID控制技术,结果表明改善了系统的动静态特性,提高了系统的稳定性和控制精度。

Abstract:Based on the instability of pressurization system of no-hurt intracranial pressure monitor for infant, an all-digital intelligent miniature constant pressure controller is designed. The single chip computer AT89C51RD of PHILIPS Company is the control centre of the whole system, and the step motor is used for the execute unit. Using special-purpose control chip L297 and L298 for step motor can simplify and lighten the burden of CPU. But because it is a multiply non-linear system, setting up an accurate mathematics model have greater difficulty, using traditional control algorithm will produce great error to the system, and a parameter adjust fuzzy PID control technology by itself is adopted to control the system. The result indicates that the systematic dynamic-static characteristic, the systematic stability and precision are improved.
