课堂民主与创新人才

摘    要:高校课堂民主的中心内容是尊重和保障学生的受创新教育权;如果高校课堂没有提供创新教育服务,对国家而言,是违法的,对它的学生而言,则是违约的;培养创新型人才的关键在教育过程中启发、引导、发展人的创造潜能,使之转化为现实中的能力;创新型人才的培养,是一项系统工程,需要教师的辛勤和智慧,也需要学生、学校和全社会的共同关注和努力.

Abstract:The eore of classroom democracy of colleges is to respect and ensure student the right to receive innovative education. The failure to provide the service of this kind means breaking the law of the country and the contract with students. The crux of cultivating innovative personnel is to arouse, guide and develop one' s creative proficiency in the process of education and try to transform it in to the practical ability. To train innovative personnel is a systimatic project, which need not only the hard-working spirit and wisdom of teachers but also the common efforts of students, the school and whole society.
