| 摘 要： | 库存成本与顾客服务水平之间的权衡是供应链库存管理中的一个主要内容，从顾客服务水平的内涵出发，通过在两级树型库存系统引入顾客价值函数，构建出新的权衡顾客服务水平与库存成本的模型，并模拟分析了顾客选择行为对库存成本的影响。

| Abstract: | The tradeoff between inventory cost and customer service level is attached much importance in Supply Chain Management(SCM).In this paper Custom Utility Function is introduce to a Multi-Echelon manufacturing/distribution supply chain to build a model for the analysis of the tradeoff between inventory cost and customer service level. On the base of Customer Stisfaction analysis of how customer's selection works on the inventory cost is made. |
