银纳米粒子的制备及表征

摘    要:利用乙二醇在高温下的还原特性,在溶剂热条件下制备了银纳米粒子,产品经XRD和TEM表征,所制备的银纳米具有面心立方相的多晶结构,平均粒径在50nm左右.

Abstract:Ethylene glycol was used as the solvent and reductant for preparation of silver nanoparticles with the method of solvothermal reduction.The as-prepared nanomaterials are characterized by XRD and TEM.The results indicated that the silver nanoparticles have fcc polycrystalline structure and the mean diameter is about 50nm.
