越南高等教育的改革与趋势

为适应转型社会经济发展的需求,越南传统的高等教育体制在20世纪90年代经历了重大的改革,涉及高等教育的体系结构、财政、招生与就业、办学与投资、管理与科研多个方面。改革取得了初步的成效。进入21世纪,为提高高等教育对转型社会经济的适应力,越南将继续增加教育投入,加大对教育资源的整合力度,着重解决高等教育的数量与质量两方面的问题,改善大学的科研能力,加强教育的对外交流。

Reform of Vietnamese Higher Education and Its Future Trends

Vietnamese higher education went through dramatic changes in the 1990s to suit the socio-economic transition initiated from 1986.The reform touched such aspects as the structure,finance,admission and employment,investment,management and scientific research in the realm of higher education.The reform has had its initial effects.Having entered the 21st century,Vietnamese higher education shall explore various means of educational investment,and make better use of existing educational resources.Moreover,the size of higher education will continue to be expanded and the quality will be improved,research capacity of universities developed and international communications and borrowing strengthened.
