| 摘 要： | 针对高校图书馆所提供的传统服务已很难适应高校教学与科研需要这一现状．论述了如何全面加强高校图书馆的服务能力建设的问题，分析了信息化形势对高校图书馆服务能力建设提出的新要求，探讨了推行优质高效服务的新措施，提出了加强高校图书馆服务能力建设的研究重点。

| Abstract: | In the light of the present situation that the traditional service provided by university library is hard to adjust to the needs of university's teaching and scientific research,this paper discusses how to strengthen the construction of service ability of university library,analyzes the new requirements of the informatization situation for the construction of service ability of university library,puts forward some new measures for promoting the high-quality and high-efficiency service,and puts forward the important points of the research on strengthen the construction of service ability of university library. |
