曲柄滑块机构惯性力优化平衡

摘    要:对机器传动系统中的曲柄滑块机构由于质心加速度和连杆角加速度产生的惯性力的影响,分析和讨论了它的部分平衡方法,根据惯性力平衡的原理,利用回转质量部分平衡曲柄滑块机构惯性力,并以剩余惯性力的最大值为最小作为优化目标进行最佳平衡质量的选取。

Abstract:The effects of inertia force caused by acceleration of slider crank mechanism and angular acceleration of link on mechanical transmission system are investigated. The partial balance method is discussed. According to the principle of balance of inertia force, the inertia force of the mechanism can be partly balanced by rotational mass. At last, using optimization method, the object is selected to be the maximum of residual inertia force, the best balance mass is reached.
