| 摘 要： | 科学技术学的框架由时间、认识、实践三个维度构成，它起源于科学史和科学哲学，沿着科学学-科学社会学-科技与社会的进程走向了现实．建立科学技术学是体制化的要求，也是现实的需要．学术界的争论在于自然辩证法在中国既具有哲学性又具有非哲学性，科学技术学要从历史走向现实．

| Abstract: | The structure of science and technology studies is constituted by three dimensions-time, knowledge and practice. It originated from the history of science and philosophy of science and is proceeding to reality along the way of the science of science-the sociology of science-science, technology and society. The formation of S & T is the requirement of systematism as well as reality. The dispute among academic circles lies in the view that natural dialectics is both philosophical and non-philosophical in China, S & TS needs to proceed from history to reality. |
