改性海泡石填充不饱和聚酯复合材料的热性能研究

摘    要:采用表面活性剂对海泡石进行改性,用DTA分析研究了改性剂种类及海泡石用量对不饱和聚酯复合材料热性能的影响.试验结果表明,海泡石的加入可显著改善不饱和聚酯复合材料的热性能,且阳离子表面活性剂改性海泡石填充效果较好.海泡石的最佳用量在8%-11%左右.

Abstract:Sepiolite is surface modified with surfactants. Effects of surfactant types and the dosage of sepiolite on the thermal properties of unsaturated polyester composites are investigated by DTA analysis. The optimum quantity of sepiolite in the unsaturated polyester composite is explored. Experimental results show that the thermal properties of unsaturated polyester matrix composite can be improved through adding sepiolite, and the sepiolite modified with cationic surfactants has a better reinforcement effect than that with anionic ones. The composite has the best heat-resistant property when the content of sepiolite is about 8-11 percent.
