| Abstract: | This paper expounds the connotations of professional Librarian, analyzes the present situation of the implementation of professional Librarian system in higher vocational college and the reasons of the generation of professional Librarian system, discusses the inevitability, importance and urgency of implementing professional Librarian system, and puts forward some requirements for the basic responsibilities and qualities of professional Librarian. |
