循环流化床锅炉一次风系统优化改造研究

摘    要:
针对垃圾焚烧发电厂循环流化床锅炉存在能量损耗严重以及尾气温度过高的现象,对一次风系统进行优化改造.将调节进风挡板开度大小改变为由变频器调节电机转速来改变一次风量和风压,以满足锅炉运行的调整,达到良好的节能降耗目的.

Abstract:
Due to great loss of energy consumption and too high temperature of exhaust in Circulating Flu- idized Bed Boiler, the paper investigates how to optimize and modify the primary air system. Changing the traditional way of moderating the position of adjustable plate to regulating the speed of electrical machine by frequency converter, the amount of primary air and pressure is reduced and the goal of energy-saving and consumption-decreasing is achieved.
