有机试剂对Al在AAS测定中灵敏度的影响

摘    要:实验表明有机溶剂及试剂在合适的酸度范围内在Al在AAS测定中具有增敏作用,研究了若干种阴离子的影响,HNO3,HClO4及HCl较之H3PO4要好,而H2SO4在较低浓度时就抑制了Al的吸收,表面活性剂的增敏主要是由于降低了表面能,提高了雾化效率,减少了雾滴半径提高了原子化效率。

Abstract:Experimental data show that the sensitivity enhancement effect for Al of organic reagents and solvents decreases in acidic media.The effect of variety of aions was observed.The result showed that HNO 3,HClO 4 and HCl are better media than H 3PO 4 the H 2SO 4 is serious.Experiments indicated that the sensitivity enhancement effect of surfactents is caused chiefly by the surface energy decrease,so the distribution of liguid drop size,uptake rate and iond concentration redistribution in the flame,lead to increased easy of atomization.Atomization is also aided by the bonding atoms and bond energy involved.Which play a decisive role in the formation of the complex between.the metal ion being determined and the organic reagent,that is an important factor in the enhancement of sensitivity.Those reagents contaning N-N,N-O show that the sensitivity enhancement for Al in AAS.
