摘    要:采用正交实验对显色试剂配比进行优化,并探讨了水质分析理化条件,确定了现场分析氨氮的靛酚蓝法.其结果表明:复合试剂中柠檬酸钠含量为120 mg/ml,EDTA含量为30 mg/ml,硝普钠盐含量为1 mg/ml;苯酚试剂中苯酚含量为50 mg/ml,NaOH含量为21.2 mg/ml;DCI试剂中DCI含量为20 mg/ml,NaOH含量为14.8 mg/ml时可以缩短反应时间在10 min内,具有快速、操作简便等优点,测定结果的精密度和准确度,均能满足海上现场分析的要求.

Abstract:In the paper,the experiments were designed to optimize agents according to the orthoplan design,and the physical and chemical conditions were discussed.To get better effects and shorten the reacting time,the content of the sodium citrate,EDTA,sodiumnitroprussiade in the recombiner,the phenol,NaOH in the phenol reagent and DCI,NaOH in the DCI reagent should be 120 mg/ml,30 mg/ml, 1.0 mg/ml,50 mg/ml,21.2 mg/ml and 20.0 mg/ml,14.8 mg/ml respectively.The new method is characteristic of the convenient operation,the testing results of ammonina-nitrogen after 10 mins can be satisfying and meet the demand of auto-analyzing technology for ammonia in seawater.
