摘    要:本文应用阻抗—导纳式心输出量机对40名正常成年人(男、女各半)进行每搏量(SV)的测定,并把Sramek公式及Sramek修正式和导纳法3种不同方法测得的SV进行比较。结果表明,应用Sramek公式和Sramek修正式测得的SV均大于标准对照值,而导纳法的SV值在标准对照值范围内。提示导纳法测得的SV值可能更为可靠。

Abstract:This paper describes that we measure the stroke volume (SV) values of 40 normal people (20 males, 20 females) with the impedance/admittance cardiac output (CO) device, and compare the SV values measured by the three different methods. The methods are EAP, Sramek formula and its revised form. The result indicates that both of the SV values measured by Sramek formula and its revised form are larger than the standard values, but the SV values measured by EAP are in the range of the standard values. In other words, the method of EAP is more reliable.
