摘    要:针对某钢铁公司热轧板厂的热连轧主传动系统,设计开发了一套基于RS485总线与工业以太网的网络分布式设备状态监测与故障诊断系统.研究了网络化系统的结构、组成.解决了网络化系统中带RS485接口智能数据采集模块的通信,服务器、客户端、LED显示屏等通过以太网的通信,可编程控制器(PLC)和服务器构成的点对点的通信问题.实现了热连轧主传动系统24个径向跳动点和12个轴向窜动点实时信号的同步采集和数据库存储.该系统在现场运行良好,为轧机急停、传动跳闸及提高板材质量提供了可靠依据.
