| Abstract: | Traditional legal culture is the specified background of mordenization ruled by law.Only if history is examined and treated with appropriate attitude and tactics,can we construct the real world of modernization.'Propriety' is the key to understand the ancient chinese social structure,therefore it has its significance of theory and practice to study the relation between 'propriety' and law. |
