摘    要:采用金属粉末注射成形方法制备了Fe-2Ni合金试样,制得的试样强度、硬度指标达到了MIM协会标准的典型值,而密度、延伸率还有一定的差异.分析了烧结温度、粉末装载量、化学组成和烧结气氛对试样机械性能和微观组织的影响.

Abstract:The samples of Fe-2Ni alloy were prepared by metal injection molding using paraffin wax--based binder. The strength and hardness of samples achieved the typical values of MIM Association standard, while there is still. a little latitude for density and elongation. The influence of sintering temperature, powder loading, chemical composition and sintering atomosphere on the mechanical properties and microstructure of samples was analysed. With the increase of sintering temperature, the density, strength and hardness exhibited an obvious increase whereas the elongation showed little decrease.Low powder loading resulted in incomplete densification which made it difficult to increase the mechanical properties of products. The products contained nearly no carbon due to taking pure hydrogen as atomosphere during thermal debinding and sintering. That was also a factor for lower density and mechanical properties.
