摘    要:介绍了一种新的电荷放大器的方法和电路。该电路主要由电流转换电路、恒流源电路、积分电路、模拟开关电路等组成,其突出特点是转换速度快、电路简单及输人信号范围大,适合构建成多路,在传感器测量系统中有着广泛地应用前景。

Abstract:A novel charge amplifier is designed and its circuit is described.The circuit mainly consists of a current-current converter,an integral circuit,an analog switch circuit,and a steady current source circuit.The general purpose integrated circuits,the operational amplifier,and the analog switch are adopted to construct the charge amplifier circuit.The circuit is characterized by its high speed of conversion,wide range of input(about 400 pC) and simple circuit configuration.The introduced method and circuit shows a simple and low-cost way to design and develop multi-channel charge amplifiers.The charge amplifier circuit can be widely used in sensing devices.
