Study on Humanistic Quality Cultivating of the Secretary Specialty Teachers in the Traditional Cultural Perspective

In the traditional cultural point of view, the teachers of secretary specialty must have strong education sense of mission and sense of responsibility as well as the pursuit of the ideal of education in addition to the necessary knowledge reserves and teaching skills.
