| 摘 要： | 成人教育活动是建设学习型社会和终身学习体系的重要组成部分.面对成人教育活动和成人教育学生的特点,应加强对成人教育学生思想政治教育工作的组织领导,充分发挥思想政治理论课主渠道的作用,加强思想政治工作队伍建设,注重发挥学生自我管理和自我教育的作用,发挥校园文化育人的功能.

| Abstract: | Adult education is the According to the features of the leading part in construction of learning society and Lifelong learning system. adults＇ education and adults＇ students, organization and guide should he strengthened on ideological and political education of the adults so that the main role of the ideological and political education can be fully played. Work team construction of ideological and political education should be strengthened, the role of self - management and self - education of the students shall be fully played and the educating function of campus culture shall function. |
