聚乙烯醇回收方法的改进

摘    要:通过加入少量助凝剂 X,使日本敷岛纺织公司的专利——SSPQ 凝结剂中的盐析剂 Na_2SO_4的用量减少了50%,总投药量减少了38%,而聚乙烯醇的回收率和 COD 去除率分别可达87%和81%,不低于 SSPQ 凝结剂的聚乙烯醇回收率和 COD 去除率。改进后的凝结剂代号为 SSPQ-1号。

Abstract:The coagulating agent SSPQ——the patent of Japan Fu-Dao Textile Compa- ny,It has been improved by adding a little amount of coagulating agent X.The amounts of salting-out agent Na_2SO_4 and total chemicals decrease to 50% and 38% respectively.The re- covery rate of polyvinyl alcohol and removal rate of COD reach to 87% and 81% respective- ly.That are not lower than the recovery rate of polyvinyl alcohol and the removal rate of COD of the coagulating agent SSPQ.The code of the improved agent is SSPQ-1.
