侵彻弹弹头形状设计中摩擦力的作用

摘    要:侵彻弹弹头形状设计中,摩擦力是一个不容忽视的因素。数值计算结果表明,为达到最大的侵彻深度,基于摩擦力影响设计的弹头形状将异于普通的卵形;弹丸着速较低时,摩擦力的存在使得弹头形状锐化,而且摩擦系数越大,弹头形状越接近于锥形;弹丸着速较高时,摩擦力的影响相对减小,计算的弹头形状与无摩擦情况下设计的弹头形状相近。该理论为侵彻战斗部设计提供了重要依据。

Abstract:The friction in penetration is an un-negligent factor when designing penetrator nose shape. The numerical results show that for maximizing the depth penetration the designed nose is different from the well-known ogive-nose. The presence of friction sharps the nose of the projectile at low impact velocities. The bigger the friction coefficient, the sharper the nose required to achieve maximum depth. For higher impact velocities, the designed nose geometry is very close to that predicted in frictionless case. The theory provides a important basis for projectile design.
