利用浮游植物群落结构特征评价乌江沙砣水电站库区水质状况

摘    要:于2003年12月至2004年5月丰水期、平水期和枯水期3个时期对乌江沙砣水电站库区的浮游植物进行了调查研究,在36个样品中共分析鉴定出浮游植物117种,隶属8门10纲17目27科53属.其中硅藻门的种类居首位,蓝藻则在数量上占优势.根据浮游植物群落结构和多样性指数对库区进行营养状况评价,结果显示该库区水体属于中污染型.

Abstract:A phytoplankton survey was conducted in different periods from September 2003 to May 2004 in Shatuo Reservior of Wujiang River of Guizhou Province in China. 117 species of phytoplankton were identified from the total 6 sorts of water samples. They belong to 53 genera, 27 families, 17 orders, 10 classes and 8 divisions. Bacillariophyta was the most diversified division, while Cyanophyta was the abundant one. Resouhs based on phytoplankton structure and three diversity indices revealed that Shatuo Reservior belonged to mesotrophic.
