| 摘 要： | 对中原油田套管损坏情况及规律进行分析,得出了套管损坏主要原因是现有套管无法抵抗盐膏层段的巨大外挤力的结论。对开发出的TP130TT高抗挤厚壁套管性能进行论证。该套管现场应用情况达到了预期的目的,取得了很好的效果,解决了中原油田盐膏层段套管强度不足的难题。

| Abstract: | The casing failure and its distributing in Zhongyuan oilfield was analyzed in the paper. It was concluded that the main reason of casing failure was not enough strength to resist the high collapse load in the salt-rock formation. The performance of the TP130TT high strength-thick walled casing was verified in the study, it is proved that the TP130TT casing would satisfy with the casing collapse strength of Zhongyuan salt-rock formation. |
