施肥对酒用高梁根际土壤微生物的影响

摘    要:通过大田试验,以稀释平板计数法,研究施用有机肥、无机肥对酒用高粱四个生育时期根际土壤细菌、真菌和放线菌数量的影响.结果表明,在高粱生长发育的抽穗到灌浆时期,土壤微生物数量达到最多,且有机肥比无机肥更能显著提高土壤微生物数量.

Abstract:By the field experiment,the effect of organic fertilizr and inorganic fertilizer on bacteria,fungi and actinomycetes in wine-making sorghum rhizosphere in four growth stages of sorghum were researched using plate count method.The results showed that quartity of soil microbe was maximum from heading stage to filling stage.Organic fertilizer could observably increase the quantity of soil microbe than were remarkably inorganic fertilizer.
