| 摘 要： | 医院的科研管理对科研建设具有十分重要的意义，注重科研管理工作将有利于科研成果的产出。文章论述了影响科研管理工作绩效的三大因素：一是科研项目的过程管理；二是科研项目的经费管理；三是科研管理人员的自身素质。并就三大因素提出如何提高科研管理质量．以促进学科建设以及医疗技术水平的提升。
