| Abstract: | Guide undergraduates to career planning, promote their career development, which is still the big problem that college and society need to solve urgently. The key path to efftively promote career development is to combine EQ with comprehensive quality of undergratuates, which is a necessity for undergraduats＇career planning. Therefor, It is of great significance to discuss the channel of EQ development, drive undergraduates unceasingly to chanllenge themselves, self-improvement, supergo. |
