康熙时期八旗武官的选用途径及其特点

摘    要:八旗武官的选任,直接关系到八旗的兴衰,有清历代帝王都非常重视。康熙时期,八旗武官的选任承前启后,用人方式突出地反映为:重军功,用才俊,这种用人方式,后来演化为八旗武选的两个基本原则,但康熙选官,重视宗亲势力、勋旧世家以及近臣亲随的任用,则承续了清初的传统,体现了满族注重身份的特色。

Abstract:Selection of Eight Banners military officers directly relates its prosperity and decline, has the clear all previous dynasties kings all extremely to take, Qing emperors have attached great importance to it. Valuing military exploit and appointing talents are the prominent ways to selective the military officers. They later became the two basic principles of the election. But Emperor Kang Xi just would like to appoint those decent Manchu people.
