教师心理训练的探索与研究

摘    要:心理训练已成为西方发达国家职业教育与培训的主要内容,我国教师心理训练尚处于尝试与探索阶段。教师心理训练对于提升教师心理素质、预防教师职业倦怠、保持教师心理健康具有十分重要的意义。基本心理素质训练、压力管理训练、团队管理训练等是教师心理训练的主要内容。放松法、生物反馈法、角色扮演等是教师心理训练的主要方法。

Abstract:Psychological training has already become an important part of vocational education and training in western developed countries, while the teachers' psychological training in our country is still in the stage of trial and exploration. Teachers' psychological training is of great significance for teachers to enhance their psychological diathesis, prevent occupational languid and maintain psychological health. The training of basic psychology, pressure management as well as team management constitutes the main contents of teachers' psychological training. It has such main methods as relaxation, biofeedback, role-playing, and so on.
