| 摘 要： | 学科资料员是学科资料室最活跃、最关键的因素，其整体素质的高低在很大程度上决定了学科资料室的服务质量。高校重点学科建设对学科资料员素质的要求是过硬的专业技术素质、信息处理的各种技能、较强的外语水平。

| Abstract: | Disciplines file clerk is the most active and critical factors in the discipline information library, its overall quality of the subjects is to a large extent determined by the quality of the library service. This paper discusses the quality requirements to the university file clerk in the construction of key disciplines, the current situation of the library file clerk quality on key subjects and the countermeasures to improve the qualities. |
