镀银铜粉导电涂料的研究

摘    要:研制了镀银铜粉导电涂料,研究了搅拌速度、乙二胺四醋酸二钠盐和硬脂酸甘油酯对镀银铜粉电阻的影响;并对铜粉的含量和漆膜厚度对涂料导电性能的影响进行了探讨.结果说明:该实验研制的镀银铜粉含银量少(含银量约为铜粉重量的1%~6%)、成本低、导电性能稳定,制备方法简单、易操作.

Abstract:A new type of silvering copper powder electro-conductive paint was developed. The effects of the mixing speed , EDTA disodium salt and stearic acid glyceryl ester on the resistivity of the copper powder were studied, and the influence that the concentration of the copper powder and the thickness of the lacquer film exerted on the conductance of the paint was also analyzed. The silvering copper powder made by this method requires less silver (the silver copper ratio is only 1%~6%), costs less and is easy to make. The electro-conductivity of this silvering copper is very consistent.
