| 摘 要： | 传统的人才培养模式片面重视知识的传授,忽视了学生的思维训练,因而学生思维品质欠佳,缺乏创造性思维能力.要培养创造性人才就得既要重视知识传授,更要重视学生思维训练,而思维品质包括思维的深刻性、灵活性、批判性和独创性.教师要自觉地采取多种手段,通过多种渠道训练学生这些方面的思维品质.
