肉苁蓉寄生对梭梭生长的影响研究

摘    要:在新疆石河子149团肉苁蓉人工繁育基地,以被肉苁蓉寄生的梭梭(A)和未被肉苁蓉寄生的梭梭(CK)为研究对象,分别测定其株高、冠幅、地径、当年生枝条生长量和根系;同时,对其生境的土壤水分变化动态进行了定期连续测定。结果表明:调查对象A的株高、冠幅和地径的月平均增长率都小于调查对象CK;调查对象A当年生枝条增长率达最大值的时间滞后于调查对象CK,由此可知,肉苁蓉寄生对梭梭当年生枝的生长存在一定程度抑制;梭梭主根发达,被肉苁蓉寄生后,细根所占比例较高,这有利于梭梭自身的生长和为肉苁蓉寄生提供营养。

Abstract:At the artificial cultivation base of Cistanche deserticola of Farm 149 in Shihezi, Xinjiang, the authors studied the host plant Haloxylon ammodendron parasitized by Cistanche deserticola (called A)and the unparasitized plant Haloxylon ammodendron (called CK). The palnt height, crown size,base diameter, the new branches growth and root system were determined. Besides, the soil moisture dynamic change in the habitat were measured at regular intervals. The results showed the monthly average growth rates of A's plant height, crown size and base diameter were smaller than that of the CK. Ats new branch growth rate reached the maximum later than that of the CK. It shows that these new branches growth of the host H. arnmodendron were restrained greatly by Cistanche deserticola. The main root of H. arnmodendron is well developed and the proportion of the fine roots is higher after the parasitism,which is beneficial to the growth of Haloxylon ammodendron and the nutrition supplying for Cistanche deserticola.
