| 摘 要： | 结合某厂生产实际介绍适合中小铸造车间使用的一种结构较先进，能熔炼出高温优质铁水的１．５吨卡腰冲天炉。它具有炉型独特，供风合理，铁水温度高，合金元素烧损少等特点。解决了高压泵体质量问题，提高了铸造出口率，获得了良好的经济效益。

| Abstract: | A cupola with melting rate of l.5 tune, which is applied to smelt high temperature and top quality molten iron and suited to small foundry shop, has been introduced. There are many advantages with the cupola such as unique chamber, rational blast, high temperature of molten iron, and small buming of alloy elements.Therefore, the end product rate of castings has been increased and better beneficial results have been obtained by using the cupola. |
