摘    要:光纤光栅传感技术以其自身的优势,在结构裂缝监测等工作中得到了广泛的应用,然而由于其自身很容易折断的特点,其测量的范围较小.在前人研究成果的基础上,设计了一种简易弯曲型光纤光栅裂缝传感装置,并通过实验对此传感装置的性能进行了验证.实验结果表明,本裂缝传感装置切实可行,可明显提高普通光栅光纤传感器的测量范围,而且具体良好的重复使用能力,以应对实际工程中裂缝开展情况的不确定性.

Abstract:Fiber Bragg grating(FBG) sensing technique has been widely applied to structual crack monitoring due to its advantages over other sensors. However, the meausrement range of FBG sensors is small due to easy breakage of silica fiber. In this paper, using current research results for reference, a simple bend type FBG crack sensing setup was designed. The performance of the sensor was verified through experiments. The experimental results show that the crack sensing of the sensor is reliable, the measurement range can be extended a lot compared with traditional FBG crack sensors, and that the sensor possesses good repeatability to cope with the uncertainty of crack development.
