贵州野菜资源及其开发利用

摘    要:贵州野菜资源极为丰富,维管束类野菜共有118科334属589种。食用真菌有29种72属241种。许多种类营养价值高,有的还有良好的药用价值。约300种野菜分布于全省各地,有的仅局部分布于某区域。虽然本地人有丰富的食用野菜经验,但野菜的开发利用多不成规模,其科研和开发仍存在不少问题,资源未能得到合理的开发利用和保护。因此,充分认识野菜的资源优势和应用价值,积极适应市场需求,利用野菜资源,对于发展贵州山区经济,具有一定的意义。

Abstract:Guizhou is very rich in wild vegetable resources, with 118 familes and 589 species of vascular bundle wild vegetable, with 29 familes and 241 species of edible fungus.A lot of species are very high in nutritional value and some species have good medical value. About 300 species are distributd naturally in the whole province but some are only distributed in certain areas. Though the local people have much experience at eating wild vegetables, the utilization of wild vegetable has not formed a scale and there are still quite a lot of probems in the research and exploitation of wild vegetable. The rich vegetable resources have not been exploited and protected reasonably. So to meet the needs of the market and make use of wild vegetable resources, it is necessary to fully understand the resource superiority and useful value of wild vegetable, which is also meaningful to develop Guizhou economy in mountain areas.
