| 摘 要： | 知识是当今时代企业竞争力的主要源泉,但传统的ERP系统却忽略了对知识资源的管理。为解决这一问题,文章提出了基于知识管理的ERP系统框架。通过实例分析,针对制造企业中ERP的实施环境,运用知识创新理论,探讨知识的具体表现形式和产生的过程,提出了集成ERP和知识管理的方法,为企业ERP系统的应用提供了一种新的思路。

| Abstract: | Knowledge is the key resources of the competitive power in today's enterprises, however the management of knowledge resources has been ignored in the traditional Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP) system. In this paper, a framework of the ERP system based on knowledge management is presented. The theory of knowledge innovation is used to discuss the representative forms and creative process of knowledge. In view of the manufacturing enterprises,a method for integrating knowledge management into ERP is proposed based on a case study. The framework is expected to bring enterprises a new way to establish the ERP system successfully. |
