| 摘 要： | 目前,我国的这些资源型城市面临着资源枯竭、生态环境恶化、结构失衡、就业形势严峻等一系列问题,亟需转型。分析了技术创新和制度创新在资源型城市产业转型中的作用机理,建立了基于其生命周期视角下的技术、制度与产业的三维特征模型,并根据其生命周期不同阶段的三维特征,提出了资源型城市产业转型的实现路径。

| Abstract: | The resource-based cities facing resource exhaustion,ecological environment deterioration,structural imbalance,grim situation of employment,implementing transformation is extremely urgent.This paper studied the mechanism in resource-based cities respectively from the technological innovation and institutional innovation.It set a three-dimensional model of industrial characteristics with technological innovation and institutional innovation according to life cycle and proposed realizing route in view of its different stages by industrial characteristics. |
