基于Workbench的1300HP型泥浆泵人字型齿轮研究

摘    要:利用Workbench 11.0对Soliderworks构建的人字型齿轮模型进行工作静载荷和疲劳分析,得出各个啮合面下的静载荷应力云图、疲劳应力云图,找出人字齿轮静载荷和疲劳危险点并得出齿轮安全工作的最小啮合面积值.为优化和改造人字齿轮的结构、提高泥浆泵的综合机械性能提供理论依据和方法.

Abstract:In order to find the critical point of static load and fatigue on herringbone gear, Workbench 11.0 is used to analyze the herringbone gear of 1300HP mud pump. Based on the model which is drew by Solidworks, the stress picture of static load and fatigue can be got by workbench. After analyzed these stress picture, the critical point of static and fatigue can be found on herringbone gear, and the least area of engagement also can be got.
