对氟苯甲醛的合成研究

摘    要:本文对氟苯甲醛的合成路线进行了深入研究,得到优化的工艺条件.选定氟化反应温度为210℃,物质的量n(对氯甲苯)∶n(KF)∶n(环丁砜)∶n(催化剂)为1∶1.5∶0.2∶0.05来合成对氟甲苯.对氟甲苯侧链氯化后分离出二三氯化物直接用90%硫酸水解得到对氟苯甲醛.对氟苯甲醛综合收率77%,副产物为对氟苯甲酸.

Abstract:The process conditions of 4-Fluorobenzaldehyde was as follows: fluorination reaction temperature was 210℃ , 4-chlorotoluene: potassium fluoride: Sulfolane: catalyst = 1 : 1.5: 0.2:0.05 (the amount of substance). After the side-chain of 4-Fluorotoluene is chlorinated, dichloride and triehloride was separated and directly hydrolyzed with 90% sulfuric acid. Finally 4- Fluorobenzaldehyde can be obtained. The comprehensive yield of 4-Fluorobenzaldehyde is 77% , the byproduct was 4-fluorobenzoic acid.
