基于B767HPC非计划拆换分析及维护对策

摘    要:针对B767飞机高压级控制器在日常运行中已发生多次非计划拆换及航材缺乏的问题,以可靠性管理为中心的维修思想,通过处理相应的故障数据,建立寿命、航材量等模型,提出相对合理维修方案、维修周期以及航材的库存量,以达到降低发生故障概率,提高飞机安全性能的目的。经分析处理后,初步估算出波音767飞机高压级控制器的使用寿命、送修情况等相关信息,并对维修方案进行优化。

Abstract:In view of the problem of many non-planning,disassembling and replace ments of the high-pressure controller of B767 in daily operation and the lack of air materials,the models of life and the quantity of aircraft materials are established,through processing corresponding data and based on the reliability management.Relatively reasonable maintenance scheme,maintenance cycle and stock quantity are put forward to reduce failure probability and raise aircraft safety performance.After analysis and processing data,the service life and maintenance situation of HPC of Boing 767 are estimated.Besides,the maintenance scheme is optimized.
