原油中芳构化甾烷的分离和鉴定

本文建立了原油和岩石抽提物中芳构化甾烷的常规柱层析分离、GC/MS鉴定的方法。即对0.5g试样,用25g的氧化铝装柱量,分别用50ml正己烷和50ml二氯甲烷进行冲洗,在让过前25ml正己烷馏分后,收集到的馏分包含单环到三环芳构化甾烷,并由GC/MS鉴定。该法已用于油田生产中。

Separation & Identity of Aromatic Steroid Hydrocarbons in Petroleum

A method was established that a series of aromatic steroid hydrocarbons were divided by classical column chromatography packed alumina(Al2O3) and identified by capillary gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC/MS). We will get 0.5g samples to stick to some alumina and add it to the column as a powder and fill the column with 25 g alumina. Using 50 ml hexane and 50 ml dichloromethane to elute the column in a sequence, the first fraction of 25 ml hexane collected eluting solvents will be removed, and the following fractions are to be collected wich would contain monoaromatic steroid hydrocarbons and triaromatic steroid hydrocarbons that were identified as GC/MS. This method was applied for production in a oilfield.
